Nomatropin

Nomatropin is a human growth hormone (hGH) produced with recombinant DNA technology. Nomatropin is a highly purified protein with 191 amino acid residues. The amino acid sequence of the product is identical to that of pituitary derived human growth hormone. Biological potency is achieved by using a cell proliferation bioassay. Nomatropin is a sterile, lyophilized powder intended for subcutaneous administration after reconstitution with bacteriostatic water for injection. The reconstituted product is nearly isotonic at a concentration of 4 mg/ml (10IU) growth hormone (rhGH) and has a pH of approximately 2.96. Each vial contains 4 mg (approximately 10 international units) of Nomatropin patented growth hormone formula, lyophilized with 45mg mannitol, 7.5mg sodium phosphates (0.9mg sodium phosphate monobasic and 6.6mg sodium phosphate dibasic), and 5mg glycine.The specification of Nomatropin is 10IU/vial, 100IU/box.
